We often think the space between endings and new beginnings is empty—a place of uncertainty, waiting, or even fear. Yet in the Vedic tradition, the void is alive with infinite potential. It is the field from which all creation emerges.
In this experiential episode, I explore the power of trust and surrender during life's in-between moments. I'll share a short teaching on the sacred space between releasing the old and manifesting the new, followed by a gentle sound practice and mantras to help you rest in that stillness and the wisdom it offers, release what no longer serves you and prepare for the new--all with grace, dignity and strength.
