As Director of the American Reiki Academy and the Vedic Healing Center she primarily teaches Reiki, a system of hands-on healing, and Vedic Healing, a comprehensive practice from ancient India that involves meditation, Sanskrit mantra chanting, pranayama, visualization, yoga.
